We provide specialist care for people with significant and ongoing health problems. This differs from general home care as it usually involves working with clinicians, nurses or case managers that specialise in certain conditions.
Dementia Care
Dementia care is designed to support people with practical targeted assistance in the form of activities and therapies such as reminiscence therapy, dietary adjustments, physical activities and support for challenging behaviour and sundowning.
