We understand that it can be tough to make the decision to get home care for your loved one, that’s why we’ve defined clear processes so you and your family can be as prepared as possible for starting care.

Initial assessment

We start with an initial home visit to meet you and your loved one and assess their care and support needs. We’re happy to answer any queries or concerns you may have.

Getting to know each other

Before we start visiting, we like to find out more about a client’s interests, hobbies and habits. Getting it right from day one means knowing how a client takes their tea or coffee!

Safety first

We carry out a risk assessment of the home so we can keep your loved one safe, and find out about any specific needs relating to the type of support required.

Full transparency

We provide a full quote and contract outlining costs and your loved one’s bespoke care plan. When you’re happy to sign, we can start visiting right away and, because we use the OnePlan care app to securely store and update all our clients’ care information, you can stay up to date with your loved one’s care in real-time by accessing the app from your mobile phone.
